I can't add anchor points on regular cards to assist in navigation because it removes the anchor coding. Can anchors be defined so they can be added without having to turn a card into an HTML card?

Anchors used to be inserted automatically with any header, but that seems to have disappeared. :-/
There's also an open ticket to add anchors for inclusions, low priority so no idea when that might be implemented.
