Cleaning or removing the tmp folder should be part of 'wagn seed' or the create symlink command?!

The main issue is I always forget to do it. There's this feeling that if I deleted the database I somehow deleted the "state" of the app and I expect it to start from the begining. But wait, there's still the tmp folder which contains half generated or buggy files that break my app even if I'm starting fresh.
