Wagn lets you create integrated web systems

out of simple building blocks called "cards".

Each card is like a wiki page, in that it has a unique name,

a revision history,

Dear America,

Unwinnable?

- Some dude.

simple editing, and simple links to old and new pages.

But unlike most wiki pages, a Wagn page can contain dozens of cards
displayed in all different ways.

Pretty much everything on Wagn is done with cards.
There's a card for every image,

Been seeking software that empowers people and links what we want linked most of my adult life. In the late 90s and early 00s i started to research more, learned some modern languages (Perl/Python), wrote up some notes, and got very interested in wiki and tagging among other things.

After some great conversations with Ethan and Lewis pre- and early in Decko (Wagn at the time) development, they asked me to join the project. I leapt at the chance — intertwingularity for the masses! I helped make some websites with Decko (including my own), collaborated on the early software Design, did a ton of ticketing & testing, some consult to people using it, training Wagneer, writing Documentation, doing Demonstrations, etc. in the mid-2000s.

Now in 2021, catching back up and seeing what's next.

I've offered a few blurbs about Wagn. It scratches some long-running itches of mine, about what i believe can be done with computers & networks, e.g., smoothing the path between user & coder, freedom & structure, and generally making it possible to organize information so that it shows up wherever it's relevant. Two Wagns i'm quite involve with are Pattern Language of Group Process and the Process Arts wiki.

Eager for more InterWiki!

and whatever structures you choose to Wagneer.

A card can include other cards inside it,
and we can easily edit each included card,
either one at a time or as part of a web form.

You can use "inclusions" like these to structure and format information
by setting up patterns of cards including other cards.

MMT is the largest private foundation in Oregon and the first major Wagn funder.  Thank you!

You can create all kinds of structures this way, and since everything is a card,
everything can be easily connected to everything else.

That's what makes Wagn great for building integrated web systems.
