Now that we track name changes, it is possible to sometimes find the intended target of an external link. Several behaviors would be possible: 1) Find a unique rename, redirect. 2) Find any possible matches, list of cards.
I have a bookmark saved to MyFavoredCard, and it is renamed to SomeOtherName. MyFavoredCard is not a current card (not re-added), and I goto my bookmark.
If the redirect says "permanently moved", the referring system might also update the stored link. The protocol could be implemented between Decks.
