Hi - I am looking for a solution to present a "constitution" or "complete set of laws". I will be the only editor to begin with, maybe a couple more people at a later date, but each page should have a discussion area attached to it that is not by default visible - the visitor will have to lcik a link to see it. But all content should be viewable by the public, and each page will have multiple links ot other relevant pages in the wiki.
