You have to be signed in and have permission. Once you've got that I assume the metric is "Percentage of employees per employee category according to gender (G4-LA12)" so you actually want to edit the name of that card, which is http://wikirate.org/Breakdown_of_employees_according_to_gender_G4_LA12 (just hit the ... button toward the top right, and then the edit button, toward the left).
