I'm finding this "WagN" implementation quite appealing. I'll definittely be spending more time with it once I get my imminent travel commitments out of the way, later this summer.
Current notes...
- 2012-05-05{ I'm impressed by the amount of development that appears to be taking place here. }
- Review Tag support & Symbol support (which may be a function of Ruby).
- Review this software's image support as an option for the storyBook project.
- This software accepts HTML. Confirmed this by using the HTML option; adding a HR.
You can also add cards of type HTML (if you have permission) and the use whatever HTML you like. --John Abbe
Prior notes...
- 2010-07-05 - Finally back after a 5 week trip. I'm looking forward to seeing R1.0 of Wagn.
HansWobbe needs to confirm the exact operation of this link creation, and its use.
- I can't seem to get the "Format" drop down control to close. Perhaps I caused this by using a "Heading 2" level, without a prior "Heading 1"? This problem seemed to resolve itself. That probably means I did something to trigger the rest, witout know what I was doing.
This is a known annoyance that happens occasionally. If you reload the page (you'll probably want to save your changes first :-) it will go away. --John

HTML not saving is a known bug - you have to switch back to wysiwyg mode first. We may not bother to fix this, as we'll probably change to a better wysiwyg editor in the next few weeks/months.
We don't do generic wiki markup, but we would ideally like to offer three modes - wysiwyg, wiki markup and HTML, and that will be a consideration as we look at editors. If you know any good ones, let us know! Were using Wikiwyg right now. --John Abbe
