I have developed in Ruby on Rails, and Wagn/Decko is very interesting.  My specific interest in signing up is that I saw a question about running Decko in Docker, but not much info about how that would work. 

With some difficulty, I did get Decko to work with PostgreSQL in Docker containers, and I would like to document that for others who want to use Decko via Docker containers.
