Instead of creating card-specific forms, we just want to add another way to edit that shows edit boxes for each inclusion.

√clicking on Edit takes you to normal editing, and there's a link at the top that lets you edit inclusions if you're on a non-form page that has inclusions
do we still want this? "a way to set the default edit mode on a given card."

Doing this via menus for View Edit Changes Options Related added to that Ticket.
