As a shorthand for something like http://test.dwagn.com/*search?view=content&_keyword=interwiki we'd like to have something like http://test.dwagn.com/*search/interwiki but we don't want to hard-code that. So we want a way for modules to code customizing URLs.
Other use cases?

I don't see anything that is worth building here. Without a more detailed suggestion, should we keep this open? Maybe we need a status like 'proposal needs work' or something.
On the other hand, view already have access to the query params, right? In other words, the implementation of the *search card can use its query params however it needs to to implement a particular link syntax, right? Or do we not pass the params object to the views now?
