Now (Jan 2010) I'm seeing:
Is this about how the view tab comes down too low?

two points for having it line up as you scale up and down in the web browser.

Is this really coded?

doubt it. let's re-open.
don't have to solve this now, but increasingly with css tickets we'll need to decide if they are:
1. changing the default css (coded, overridable)
2. changing *css (only impacts new)
3. changing wagn.org
4. developing a non-standard skin (like a css extension)
5. changing actual HTML structure (this itself has many subcases)
I think were talking about #1 here

That 1-5 seems like a very helpful list when starting to code a CSS thing. Obviously it can't go on CSS. Could put it on something like CSS+coding notes and then Wagneer a link on tickets to show all "+coding notes" of all tags. This will become more helpful as there are more coders working on Wagn (core or module/extension).
