(on first load, the View tab is not highlighted in the usual way)

Done for the main card and cards that load in open view. Not yet done for cards that are in closed view, then opened.

We now default the non-Edit tabs invisible, so this is pretty much off-radar, closing. Someone can add a ticket for the edge case if they like.
