Can wagn be installed on WinXP?  None of the installation instructions appear to apply to Windows machines and all of the steps result in errors (e.g., gem install rack results in the wrong version of rack being installed; rake wagn:create results in aborted process, etc.  If anyone could point me to a COMPLETE set of instructions for installation, that would be appreciated.
