Like an image can be uploaded, have a type giving back a view of a
(say) YouTube video, by inserting code like the ones
http://www.keewy.fr/tools/gandiblog.php would generate.

That's a potentially big etc. Possibilities:
Feeds - enter a URL to an RSS or
Atom feed in edit mode, and render a list of links to items in the
feed. See http://www.feedroll.com/rssviewer for an example. See generate feeds for specs, etc.
