Doing a little testing, and it looks like there may be something generally broken with forms in the currently deployed test code?
http://test.dwagn.org/wagn/Pointer+*type_cards despite http://test.dwagn.org/wagn/*type_cards+*rform (which doesn't show the hard/soft radio buttons)

...and http://test.dwagn.org/card/edit/User+*tform also doesn't show the hard/soft radio buttons.
that's because the current test code gets rid of *rform and *tform. Now there's *content and *default :)
cool. may tackle that later this week...
