http://democracyinnovations.wagn.org/wagn/Resources_by_name is a long list in alphabetical order. Paging is not so useful, and being able to jump to an arbitrary numbered page wouldn't be much better.
What we really want is to be able to jump to any letter, and then if necessary page within that.
A general solution might enable browsing date-ordered Search results by day (eventually month, etc.).
