May be able to draw on the setup we had for customizing related tabs when cards had tabs..
urgh, I think I need to get clearer on what is a ticket and what's an idea. I keep thinking of tickets as "actionable" (to use a lazy buzzword), whereas this will take a lot of design and will not happen until after we've made them "packable". Anyway, feel free to switch it back if you care.
I think the emotional component of this is that I don't like looking at Tickets that I know I can't do anything about yet :)
