  1. New setting *markup is a Pointer (input=menu) to choose a markup (or GUI). *all+*markup defaults to GUI.
  2. New setting *markup menu (Toggle), if on we add a menu in the Basic edit interface for users to select a markup (or GUI).
  3. Appropriate interface and/or help text available depending on which markup/GUI is active.
  4. Keep storing content as HTML except for link and inclusion markup, but translate into settings-determined markup when editing, and back when saving.
