Er, a little confused about lingo. Is an optional add-on to Wagn a "pack" even if it doesn't include any cards? (which, for example, seems likely to be true for this one) Perhaps a corollary question: Does "module" mean anything any more at all?

packs and modules are synonyms. Wrote some about this on Packs+overview.

packs are not really packs of cards, that's really more Hands of Cards. A pack generally extends the functionality of a given Set of cards.
