respect itemlink when including Pointers+issues
pointers cached in one item view (say, "closed") will show up in that view even in contexts where item view is explicitly set differently (say, "link"). This can be tested by looking at a pointer card on its own page and when its included with a special item view. Re-save it in one view, and both will show up with the item view from that one.
respect itemlink when including Pointers+solution
pointers need to be cached separately for each item view setting.
respect itemlink when including Pointers+example
The following is item:link. If you save it in this context, it shows up as item link. If you save it on John Abbe+*watchlist, it will show up as item:closed. Once cached, it stays the same way in both contexts.
update documentation when this is done - nesting+howto, Specifying view of cards in lists.

I tested to make sure this was the problem by making pointers uncacheable. It fixed the issue. That's probably the quickest fix but may be too much of a performance hit.

Pointer caching is being turned off for now. It won't be turned on again until we optimize pointers, so this ticket is closed.
