So, the idea is you want to page through the versions one at a time?
I actually think it would be better to allow for it to show a series of versions, maybe four or five, or a Wagn::Conf[] config value to change it. Seeing more than one version next to each other is a use case I would want to keep for images. I can see wanting to simplify, maybe something like Wagn::Conf[:image_diff_number] = 1 to give the reduced version requested here.
Personally, I think it is a bug that the above initial discussion content doesn't get the sig like this one does.

Right now it's confusing because history just shows the old and new version side by side:
view (changes) not supported for *favicon
So the simple solution I offered was yes just paging through versions - the same as if it defaulted to "Hide Changes". A more diff-like solution if we wanted that would be to put an X over the replaced image, but I'm completely open to other possibilities.
