Given the recent tidal wave of (two) Wagns shifting to titled view for their main cards, I think we should show toc in titled view, figure? If so, then is it high pri enough to do soonish (I'd say yes), or do we lump it in with refactor table of contents?

I'm going to guess the fact that I have made a custom card type is why TOC doesn't do anything when I turn it on for that type?
right. I really don't like how TOC works right now. If it's quick, I might be able to patch it soon...
