wagn.org introduction videos should be converted to non-flash versions even though they are old

They way I see it, some if not all of them are hosted on youtube. There should be an option to reupload newer versions of the videos and replace the ones that are there.

Also the link one uses to embed videos in other websites can also be used to this end. I saw a lot of videos that are flash based when visiting youtube but then switch to html5 when embedded so they are visible on all devices.
