Account creation bug+issues

As an admin I sent an invitation to join a wagn to a test account. Before I joined as the test user I (as admin) deleted the users card thinking it would just be recreated. However when I try to sign in wagn says Login Failed. When I enter the test accounts email in the forget your password area wagn says Could not find a user with that email address. If I try to recreate the account as admin it says connecting to server... and then done, but no successful message, no email is sent, and the page doesn't redirect.
