There doesn't seem to be a way to put < and > in or <name> in a literal < and > seem to get pre-encoded

<name> or <!name>, but maybe <~name/foo> works, not sure

Bugs me too. It's on the stack: stop filtering angle brackets when editing. --John Abbe
