Basic import+solution

For now we assume:

• format is csv
• import method is cut and paste
• the top row is a list of column headers
• the first column (regardless of column name) contains the name of a simple card (of the cardtype from which the import is being run)
• each successive column contains the content of a plus card with the name "+"
