WTF? ;) It won't even let me create this ticket because my name at the top is Jean Russell and THAT card already exists. thus my new last name.
I've just renamed some things, and now you have an account as "Jean Russell", you should have an email with a password. (You can change the registered email address in the Options tab once you've signed in.)

The old permissions interface included a link to "add a sign-in account" for any card that is "accountable" (meaning allowed to have accounts) but does not already have one. I accidentally left that out when removing the old interface. I just added it back in and deployed that change.
I think the Jean Russell card is now fixed, but to understand how this works, imagine that Adam Aronson wants to add an account to his existing card.
If you go to the options tab on the Adam Aronson card, you will see at the bottom a link to add a sign-in account.
This is probably not the ideal solution, but it's the current one! We'll look further into this as we further our account refactoring.
