Card locking and Change History for inclusions+issues

To all:

I am looking for the below capabilities in WAGN:

1.) Card locking / Content

Let's assume I have a card type called "Evaluation", which is being formatted via Evaluation+*content. The *content can evolve over time, BUT, any changes to *content should only be applied to new Evaluation cards, not when viewing old cards. Is there an easy way to lock cards, when completed? I think I can achieve such behavior by moving the content of the card a level up to "Just that card", but would prefer not to have to put this into the end-user's hands (especially since they would probly not even have the permission to edit the card's settings).

2.) When viewing a card's changes, is there a way to also show the changes of that particular card's inclusions? Simultaneously?
