Would enable, for example, sorting Tickets by which has been edited most recently (the tickets themselves don't get edited, just their relative inclusions.)

I doubt this is the solution we're looking for. To expose caching changes to WQL, we'd actually have to put something in the database about them. And, in any event, changing an inclusion doesn't change the cache. Recommend closing this ticket, though it may be worth recording the underlying need elsewhere.

Handled by update includer timestamps when includee edited, yes?
