Data Cards+needs

Initially, this doesn't have to be particularly "wagneerable", but in needs to be easy to add validations and special editors and live interactions.  Making it easy to use/reuse special purpose events and views to make a wagn behave more like a custom application than a pure wiki.

Use will suggest which features can be exposed in the wagneer interfaces.
