Discussion Widget Doesn't Appear with a Complex trunk+issues

This card should be able to have a comment box, right?  Maybe it is that the base card is a plus card already, but that's supposed to work.

There is another oddity here.  I've attempted to make do something tricky with +e having a +*rform associated that references a type that has a +*tform.  I expected it to make the card below into a hard template, but if I change "Category_eType+*tform" it doesn't change the already created cards.
