Dwight Toavs

Professor of Systems Management at the Information Resources College, part of the Department of Defense's National Defense University.  My intellectual interests lie at the intersection of government, organizations, and information technology.  I currently teach courses in information technology policy, organizational transformation, and decision making, and am interested in virtual worlds, visualization, and collaborative technologies.  I live in northern Virginia, have a new Cheweenie puppy called Leopold (the Mighty) and enjoy trying out new software.
