Can't create user account at http://wagn.ciresearchinstitute.org ... Get a "Wagn Hitch" server error. (I'm *guessing* that email sending may not be set up???).  Also, I think this is Gerry's site/server for JF, but the support ticket link brings me here.

It created the card but won't let me send myself the password cuz the user isn't active. I didn't receive an email message with password, so I'm guessing that email sending is the issue.

FWIW, I have a login now because an admin manually set up my user card... but I'm pretty sure the sign-up process is still failing. However, since this isn't a site you host, feel free to close this ticket whenever it's appropriate to.

I don't get the "Wagn Hitch" error, but emails were not going out. I think I've tracked it down to a cert issue and I'm figuring out how to fix it. I'll close this and keep working on it myself.
