Error creating new user at wagn.ciresearch.org+discussion

FWIW, I have a login now because an admin manually set up my user card... but I'm pretty sure the sign-up process is still failing. However, since this isn't a site you host, feel free to close this ticket whenever it's appropriate to.

I don't get the "Wagn Hitch" error, but emails were not going out. I think I've tracked it down to a cert issue and I'm figuring out how to fix it. I'll close this and keep working on it myself.
