Faith Meckley registered for an account at http://climatemarch.718.cldstr.com/wagn/ and accidentally put her name as "Faith Meckely". She registered again with her correct name, but all of the plus cards were filled out on the wrongly named one. So I deleted the second one (with the correct name), then tried to rename the one with the wrong name to the correct name, and got this error (a few minutes ago).

I'm actually completely rewriting the account request handling for 1.13, which will migrate all the user data into cards.

 

I would try the workaround of recreating the correct name (as a basic card or something), renaming to something bogus, deleting, and then renaming the account request.
