Handling old page names

Better handling of former names.
Options:
- Redirection - but what to do for inclusion?
- Do an archive search when we come to a name we don't know how to handle. Then on the create-new-card page we offer links to all pages that formerly had that name. That way there's less namespace hogging, more information, and still incentive to update old links. --Ethan
