the INSTALL file is outdated, at least it's not in accord with what the Wagn.org download page says. Some examples below, there are probably more that are visible to current developers.
INSTALL reads:
Things are working well in Rails 2.1.2; so far there are some problems with Rails 2.2.
Download page reads:
You will need: git, Rails 2.3.5 and either Postgres or Mysql and the appropriate gems for your database.
INSTALL reads:
You will also need to install some gems: json_pure, ruby-openid, and cached_model.
sudo gem install json_pure
sudo gem install ruby-openid
sudo gem install cached_model
Download reads:
no mention of those modules.
