Something ironically wonky happening with this ticket's +tags card. I added it, and it appears in Recent (though without type of edit & attribution), but not on the card. And when I try to add it now, I get:

 

Rats. Issue with INVISIBLE CARD+TAGS card:

NAME: must be unique-- A card named 'Invisible card+tags' already exists

I cleared the cache and now, at least, that "hitch" error is gone. The other error you mentioned sounds like it could be a cache error, too.
