Joseph Grace+interest in Wagn

I'm starting with Rails and looking to jumpstart some community building with powerful idea sharing.

I am also fighting several incarnations of sophisticated real estate fraud.  Condo owners tend to be an apathetic, naive group (compared to this fraud).  I am always looking to upgrade the communication channel among condo owners.

Wagn sounds like it could help do that.
