I am wondering if there is suggested migration path to bring data from Confluence into Wagn?

Oy, that's a good question. I haven't heard of anyone doing that yet, but one general pattern when migrating *anything* into wagn is to create cardtypes that roughly map to the source data structures. I would suggest playing with a little sample data in this format before doing a mass import to make sure you've got things arranged the way you like them.
