The cards formerly known as "Account Requests" are now known as "Sign up" cards. It looks like we did not update the *account card with this name. I'll try to get that migration in the next release. In the meantime you can look at those cards directly (eg http://teenwolfwiki.com/sign_up+*type+by_update)

System emails are not configurable, but that's actually fixed in 1.13.1, which is due out very soon.
