tried to upload document on wikirate.org, using IE 10

when pushing "submit" nothing seemed to happen. but when waiting long enough it seems it actually does/did download the file

we are talking 3 MB files

its just a UX thing. when I was patient enough it did download my files. I just didn't know that clicking the button actually did kick-off the activity of uploading my file.
