Read permissions don't apply

I've created cards at https://culturesmith.com/Artificial_Intelligence+Replacement+Documents including

Artificial Intelligence+anon_exchange_01
Artificial Intelligence+anon_exchange_02
Artificial Intelligence+anon_exchange_03
Artificial Intelligence+anon_exchange_04
Artificial Intelligence+anon exchange 05

and given them each read restrictions to Anyone Signed In

When I go to a different browser that I never use, and which is not signed in, they appear as though that browser were signed in.

I am hoping for suggestions.
