Turns out this is just styles and theme issues. Seems that I now don't have a setting for the title size. I guess I'll add something to my *css card.

You can close this one. Again, the real issue is not having much help in knowing what styles should be there, where they should be and how to correctly customize a site so style/theme migrations don't break things. Largely, this is a historical issue based on the undeveloped state of the style/theme systems and the messy business of adjusting to the regularization of this stuff. Should be much better going forward.
