Upgrading 1.13 to 1.14 failed

I have no idea what went wrong. I can tell you when that when I didn't bundle update that failed because diff-lcs? or something like that, diff something wasn't installed. So I installed the version it wanted separately and then ran bundle update and then did wagn upgrade. There are no errors from the wagn upgrade command, but the site is down.

You probably won't see this in the hour I'm going to give before restoring the snapshot of the site, but once you're around, I'll do the upgrade again and you can tell me what files you want to see to figure out what went wrong.
