I am a French medical student and I am looking for a smart way to create a medical knowledge database for personnal education and training.

International knowledge and good practice are constantly evolving, but bits of specialized key information are spread among a myriad of diffrent documents, thus I need a place to organize and update it all easily. I guess Wagn can make it :)
