I posted a support ticket and do not believe I can modify it/respond to it until I have an account. Incidentally, I confused the ticket "name" for mine, so this should be fairly easy to verify :P.

Hmm, I can't use "first and last" for two reasons - first, my pair are hardly unique (not even all three legal names combined - I keep a google search up for my full name), and secondly, the ticket is already using them. I'm using one of my many online identities instead, it's as real as any other "real name" you'll find in person or online, if you are wedded to Google+/Facebook's "real name" policy.
