When people paste text after copying from the web, or Word, or other sources it often has a lot of unwanted HTML. This leads to messed up HTML in Wagn and/or people composing stuff offline to avoid having to repeatedly "clean" text by pasting into and then copying from NotePad/TextEdit.
Add the removeformat button to English so that it appears by default on new Wagns. http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/wiki.php/Buttons/controls
