change to number should convert and save and validate+ticket line view

Changing a card with text in it to type number should warn the user that data will be lost (change value to 0 by default?).

Changing a RichText to PlainText should do conversion on the text currently in the database and save it (and convert what's currently being edited and put it in the new editor).
