We want to improve /admin/setup and related. How?
In email, Ethan proposed: nix the admin account, have new users create their own personal accounts on startup, and have Wagn Bot perform all the automated tasks that Admin does now (which would make more sense).
I nixed the Admin user account, updated admin/setup (for new installs), etc.
